* APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) advances made between October 1, 2017 and November 30, 2017 will qualify for a promotional 1.99% APR. The HELOC promotional 1.99% APR will expire on December 31, 2019 and convert to the current nonpromotional variable rate at that time. The current non-promotional HELOC rate is 4.25% APR based on the Wall Street Prime Rate + 0% (Floor: 3.99% APR, Ceiling: 18.00% APR). Non-promotional variable rates are subject to change quarterly (on the first business day of January, April, July, and October). Finance charge begins at the date of advance and is charged to the outstanding balance of the loan.  

** A new HELOC requires an initial advance of at least $5,000 to avoid closing fees. A $400 appraisal fee is due at the time of application; however, the appraisal fee will be reimbursed at closing.  If the appraisal is performed and the loan does not close for any reason, the $400 appraisal fee will not be reimbursed. Title insurance may be required and member is responsible for its full cost.  If you pay off the HELOC within one year, you will be required to reimburse the closing fees to the Credit Union.  HELOC draw period is 7 years with a repayment period of 10 years.  Your payment will never be less than the smaller of $50 or the full amount that you owe.  If the borrower is not a member, a $1 fee is required to join the Credit Union.  Ask an NE PA Community FCU staff member for complete details.
